KDT-21U portable ultrasonic hardness tester is a kind of non destructive hardness tester. It tests the hardness by the transducer’s vibration in the magnetic field, which in the ultrasonic frequency.

1. The indention is created by very low press, so the indention is much smaller than the indentions by the Rockwell hardness testing and Leeb’s hardness testing. It is a NDT--non destructive hardness testing method.

2. The static test load with no impact, so it can be used for small, thin or light parts. Much more advantage than the Leeb’s hardness tester.

3. Pocket tester is small and light suitable for the large or fixed mechanism. Take the tester to the metal, not the metal to the tester.

4. Can be used in virtually any position: right side up, upside down or sideways.

5. High efficiency. Can finish the whole testing no more than 1 second.

6. HRC,HB,HV,HS scales are available.

7. Digitally displaying the test results, include Max and Min value, average value, standard division and serial number.

8. Test values are recorded automatically up to 1000 items.
